Send us your resume to become part of our team.-Schedule Varies (Must be willing to work nights/weekends)Position requirements:Minimum of 2 years previous management experience in a high volume restaurantMust be able to effectively communicate among diverse personalities and execute job functions at a consistent high level.Proven experience in menu costing and menu development.Knowledge and experience using Fresh Ingredients and of current food trends.Experience in training and continued development of staff members.Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and evenings.Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check?ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all hourly BOH staff in running brewpub kitchen according to specific and strict quality and efficiency standards.Labor Scheduling.Input Procurement.Inventory monitoring and maintenance.Interview and hire new BOH employees.Hold employees accountable, implementing discipline when necessary.Work closely with management team to ensure BOH and FOH coordinate seamlessly.Pagosa Brewing is an equal opportunity employer.
