The Ranchers Club, located inside the historic Atherton Hotel on the campus of Oklahoma State University, is currently searching for ELITE staff to join Stillwater's PREMIER team of GRACIOUS hospitality PROFESSIONALS, to fill the following part-time position: *Salad/Fry Station Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm (Hours may vary) Job Summary: Food preparation professional, ensures the quality presentation and service of food that meets the Rancher's Club standards on a daily basis. Accurately and efficiently prepare items related to Salad/Fry Station. Will perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates. Will assist in food preparation for all Rancher's catered events. Must be able to communicate clearly with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, Food Services supervisor, and dining room personnel. All other duties as assigned Required: High School/GED and 1 year experience in food service industry, demonstrate adequate knife skills, and sanitation techniques Safe Serve Certification training after hire Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel. Demonstrate adequate knife skills. Preferred: Culinary degree or completion of an accredited apprenticeship Safe Serve Certification
