Coals Artisan Pizza has been a Louisville staple of the highest quality pizza in the area for 7 years now. We have been listed as the best pizza in Louisville (Louisville Magazine) and the best pizza in the state of Kentucky (Thrillist). Our pizzas are made with a 48 hour, cold rise dough and fired in a blazing hot, anthracite coal-burning brick oven. We have a full bar with 50+ bourbons, a great wine by the glass selection, all craft and import draught beers and great prices, but enough about us, let's talk about you......

We are currently looking for a few smiling faces to join our Coals family. Pleasant personalities, service oriented, able to multi-task, and plays well with others. Applicants must have some lunch availability as well as nights and weekends. We never close later than 10:30 PM! No more late nights! We hire and staff for both of our locations so there is plenty of opportunity for extra shifts when you need them.
A lot of our staff has stayed with us for a long time because we value our employees greatly. Very flexible scheduling and competitive pay with opportunity for growth within the company for the right person. Priority given to applicants with both lunch and dinner availability through most of the week.
