Job Description

Cook:
Seeking experienced Line Cook, nights, weekends and possibly Thursday & Friday Lunch. Must have 2 years in high-volume environment, the ability to handle pressure, follow house recipes, orchestrate & time plating of dishes with other stations, be able to work garde-manger/grill/sauté, and must manage time properly. Must be a team player and be able to communicate with the front of house staff.
