Food Truck Lead!

The Hall's Pizza Kitchen


A key, on-the-ground leader of the food truck, creating memorable experiences for all food truck guests

Oversees, directs, and coordinates the planning, organizing, training, and leadership of food truck staff necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.

• Be the “on the ground” TRUCK LEAD at events
- Take ownership of the truck, its success, all its failures
- Help lead all large volume events
- Pick up, pack, and take truck to and from events, HPK, and AASPEN Storage
- Complete daily paper work for each truck event (Truck Lead Checklist, Daily Sales Report & Food Inventory Checklist)
- Be responsible for sales and change/cash involved in the truck

• Create raving fans by providing memorable service
- Engage customers, seek to get to know them & know their names
- Constantly look for ways to serve and exceed customers expectations

• Prepare & serve excellent pizza, sweets, salads, & drinks
- Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to truck/restaurant recipes and portion standards
- Know how to work the oven, roll dough, & make each pizza

• Maintains daily cleanliness of truck

• Foster & lead an energetic, hard-working team culture

• Work closely with PIZZA TRUCK DIRECTOR (Elise Hall) to fulfill all events
- Quickly and consistently communicate with EH on any issues that arise at events
- Send a quick report to EH at the end of each event with any notes on the event
