Summary:The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of experience in a supervisory bartending role at a restaurant or bar with a good food program. You should be excited to engage with guests and staff alike. You should have confidence, but also be able to show humility. Maintaining a vibrant sense of hospitality will be key to long term success at this position. Positions included under this title:• Bartender Captain• Floor Manager• Key HolderResponsibilities:• Provide Food & Beverage service to guests as Bartender - expected to set the proper tone, style, and efficiency to other team members.• Culture leader - expected to lead by example in presence and being prepared for work every shift you are scheduled.• Assist executive team in interviewing front-of-house staff• Assist executive team in managing daily staff• Lead beer, cocktail and spirit program - final approval from Executive team required• Key holder - to be available to open and close the store• Shift leader in terms of opening or closing• Shift leader in terms of monitoring side work and bar prep• Lead & dictate organization and storage of bar materials. • Complete end of shift paperwork and money settling per company rules• Have the confidence to enforce business rules regarding staff • Lead training for all bartenders and bar backs• Communicate efficiently with Executive teamCompensation:• To be discussed via email or phone with qualified applicantsSchedule details:• Full-time employment available (30 or more hours per week, this will lean towards 45 during peak season)• Must be available to primarily work dinner shifts and some double shifts• Must be available to work holidays and weekends
