Our Tasting Room Sales Associates form the backbone of the customer experience at Three Brothers Wineries & Estates. We work as a team to provide incredible service to customers visiting our facilities. A team player with a positive attitude and personable demeanor is essential. This is a part-time opportunity, with more hours available during the summer and fall season.

Responsibilities:
• Work tasting room counter which includes welcoming customers, serving product samples, answering questions, offering suggestions, etc.
• Sell products to customers with confidence
• General store maintenance including stocking shelves and taking inventory
• Dusting and light cleaning of retail store displays and all public areas within the store
• Quickly and accurately work cash register
• Completing duties from opening and closing checklist
• Take initiative to work independently, as well as the ability to work well within a team environment

Requirements:
• Must be available to work weekends
• Must have a friendly personality and converse with a wide array of customers
• Must be able to make change accurately
• No history of alcohol abuse
• 21+ years of age at time of employment is preferred
