Brunch Chef/Line Cook

Upscale bar and grill serving scratch made food including a weekend brunch is looking to hire an experienced line cook/brunch chef to assist in the operations of our kitchen. You must be a self starter, capable of performing at a fast pace with consistency and high quality every time, including cooking to temperature. You must have at least 2 years line cook experience in a from sratch environment. You should be efficient in all of the following areas; grill, brunch, fry, sauté, and prep. ServeSafe certification is preferred. Night and weekend availability is a must; full time hours for the right hard working individual. Competitive hourly pay.
