Make all drinks for dinner shift, serve and entertain bar guests, keep liquor/wine organized, close down restaurant and submit reports to manager.

Required:Minimum two years experience, extensive product knowledge, friendly, ability to work quickly, have a team player mindset, lift and carry fifty pounds, be on your feet for ten hours, and beginner computer skills. Prior sushi experience and beginner excel skills a plus but not required.
