Bus Boy/ Food Runner

We are looking for a Food Runner to join our team and collaborate between our kitchen and wait staff. If you would like to gain experience in the restaurant industry and provide excellent customer service, we'd like to meet you! To be considered for this role you should be available during nights, weekends, and holidays as those are high volume times for Over the Falls. The main responsibility of a food runner is to ensure all guests are served in a timely and accurate manner. Other job responsibilities include acting as the main contact point between FOH & BOH staff for food orders, ensuring the food is served in accordance to standards with plate presentation, clear any dirty dishes when delivery meals, and assisting the wait staff with any items requested by a table to ensure guests are taken care of. To be considered for this position a basic understanding of hygiene and safety rules are required and all individuals must be able to remain calm and professional in a fast paced work environment. Wage for this position is minimum wage plus tips.
