Coals Artisan Pizza has been a Louisville staple of the highest quality pizza in the area for over 7 years now. We have been listed as the best pizza in Louisville (Louisville Magazine) and the best pizza in the state of Kentucky (Thrillist). Our pizzas are made with a 48 hour, cold rise dough and fired in a blazing hot, anthracite coal-burning brick oven, but enough about us, let's talk about you......

We are currently looking for professional, dedicated hosts and bussers. Pleasant personalities, service oriented, able to multi-task, and plays well with others. Applicants must have weekend availability to be considered. We hire and staff for both of our locations so there is plenty of opportunity for extra shifts when you need them. Our hosts start at $9 an hour, and our Bussers start at $6.50 an hour plus tips! Usually bussers end up making up to $14 an hour after tips!
A lot of our staff has stayed with us for a long time because we value our employees greatly. We offer very flexible scheduling and competitive pay with opportunity for growth within the company. Many students go off to school and pick up shifts again when they are back in town as well.
