Server & Bartender

Red Hat on the River
Irvington NY

This person will be trained and certified as a Bartender and Dining Room Server. The employee will be scheduled for Server and Bartender shifts throughout the year.

BARTENDER ... Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* maintain a clean and organized bar
* bar and table service guest relations
* learn and maintain the knowledge of the restaurant's products and rules
* taking food & beverage orders in a smart, efficient, and friendly manner
* prepare alcoholic beverage orders efficiently and according to the company's recipes
* communicating with and directing the bus team related to your station
* report all guest issues to management


SERVER ... Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* table service guest relations
* learn and maintain the knowledge of the restaurant's products and rules
* taking food & beverage orders in a smart, efficient, and friendly manner
* communicating with and directing the bus team related to your station
* report all guest issues to management

* learn and follow all company policy

Useful skills:
* highly skilled in mixology and wine/beer service
* excellent memory
* excellent people skills
* ability to work quickly and efficiently
* enthusiastic about teamwork
