Our pizzas are made with a 48 hour, cold rise dough and fired in a blazing hot, anthracite coal-burning brick oven, but enough about us, let's talk about you......

We are currently looking for professional, dedicated kitchen staff. Pleasant personalities, great work ethic, able to multi-task, and plays well with others. Applicants must have Weeknight and weekend availability to be considered. We are currently looking for staff at both of our Louisville locations. St. Matthews and Middletown.
A lot of our staff has stayed with us for a long time because we value our employees greatly. We offer very flexible scheduling and competitive pay with opportunity for growth within the company. STARTING PAY is $14 based on experience, possibly more for the right candidate. We are also offering a $300 hiring bonus after 90 days of employment with us. (*conditions apply). We offer very flexible scheduling and free employee meals.
