Full service, scratch restaurant is in need of an Experienced Line Chef with extensive experience in the EXPO/Assembly positions. You must have a strong sense of urgency and be focused and ready to work. Very fast paced environment, the ability to multi-task, attention to detail, stay calm and focused under pressure, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment are required. Experience with fry, sauté, grill, expo, and prep is preferred. Detail cleaning and side-work are necessary for all shifts. Growth Potential! Full time hours and the ability to advance and learn are present. You must willing and capable of studying and learning our menu immediately and also comfortable in performing in all positions of a working kitchen.
