Acknowledge every guest coming in and out of the restaurant, managing the flow of the restaurant by rotational seating and jumping in to assist servers/bussers, and handling phone and To Go orders during shift.

Required: Big smiles and a great attitude, stand on your feet for six hours, professional verbiage, the ability to handle impatient and hungry guests with a friendly and confident personality, and clear articulation and phone skills.
