Three Brothers Wineries and Estates is hiring for a part-time line cook. We are looking for energetic, passionate, and friendly staff members that can efficiently multi-task, and work in a fast pace environment with ease. Full time hours available during our busy season.

Our café team, along with our tasting room team, form the backbone of the customer experience at Three Brothers Wineries & Estates. We work as a team to provide incredible service to customers visiting our facilities. A team player with a positive attitude and personable demeanor is essential. This is a part-time opportunity, with more hours available during the summer and fall season.

General Responsibilities:

Perform food preparation.
Frying, grilling and sautéing.
Measure and mix ingredients according to recipe.
Clean and sanitize work stations and equipment.
Responsible for following food safety policies.
Following a prep list, and taking initiative when Executive Chef is not there for direction.
Cook in a fast pace environment.
Ability to work FOH and take customer orders during slow times when a FOH staff member is not available.
Completing duties from opening and closing checklists.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Maintains high standards for work areas and appearance.
Must be organized and a problem solver.
Must be able to make change accurately and multitask efficiently.
Maintains a positive attitude.
Must be able to work nights(for events), weekends, and some holidays.

Job Requirements: Must be available to work most weekends

Pay: $18.00 per hour, plus tips
