Floor Manager

Alchemy Bistro & Bar is now hiring a full time year-round Floor Manager.

General duties of this position include taking and managing reservations, opening and closing the restaurant and performing necessary accounting paperwork, assistance with Human Resources duties, fielding guest inquiries and needs, assisting floor staff during service, POS programming, and assistance with media content creation.

The right candidate will have at least 3 years in high volume fine dining experience as a server, bartender, or manager, as well as excellent knowledge of food, wine, and spirits, an outgoing professional demeanor, and a fluency level command of English. Experience with RESY platform, social media management, Upserve POS a plus. Experience working on Martha's Vineyard also a plus. All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Candidates MUST have housing on Martha's Vineyard for consideration.
