Job description

We are seeking a motivated, responsible leader overseeing lunch, dinner and late night shifts. The manager will oversee server, bar, server assistant, cook, and dishwasher positions to ensure shifts are run smoothly and guests expectations are exceeded. The manager will report directly to the General Manager and their ownership team. Shift times vary and depend on volume as well as in house catered functions and events. We are a growing company with opportunities to advance!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

-5 day work week
-Approximately 50 hours per week
-Running successful lunch, dinner & LATE NIGHT shifts
-Attendance & participation in weekly manager meetings
-FOH employee training
-FOH continuing education
-Scheduling
-P&L management

Qualifications and Skills:

-2 years of management experience ( 2+ years of current Restaurant Manager experience or demonstrated experience as a trainer and leader in your organization)
-High volume background
-Passion for craft beer
-Strong work ethic; typically requires a 45-55 hour work week, after all, this is not a typical 9-5.
-A stable work history
-Be able to pass background check
-Acute attention to detail
-Direct experience with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
-Ability to increase sales and build strong relationships within the community
-Maintain the highest levels of quality, consistency, and hygiene

-Full service restaurant management experience

Pay: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year - Salary is based on experience
