Trophy Brewing Company was founded in 2012 by a group of passionate Food and Beverage professionals with an interest in building the craft beer scene here in Raleigh. We take beer and food seriously.

At all of our restaurants, we take pride in every aspect of what we do. From diligently sourcing ingredients for our beer and spirits, to working with local farmers, we do our best to ensure we have the best local produce possible to showcase NC agriculture.

Even as a growing company, we hold on to our core values of supporting local producers wherever possible, producing beer, spirits, and food we are proud of, being responsible environmental stewards and doing our best to bring diversity and inclusion to the Food & Beverage Industry.

We are seeking a motivated, responsible leader in the kitchen to work with our Executive Chef, BOH, and FOH team. Benefits include 100% health, vision and dental insurance coverage after 90 days, 2 weeks of paid time off, and inclusion in a quarterly bonus program. We also offer a monthly stipend to be spent at any of our establishments and yearly performance reviews. Employees may opt into our retirement program after 1 year.

-Being a Role Model in the Kitchen
-Food Cost Compliance
-Recipe Development
-Ordering
-Staffing & Scheduling
-Staff Training
-Health Code Compliance
-Attendance at Weekly Meetings
-Preparation & Execution of Large Banquet Events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year plus quarterly bonus
(Base Salary is based on experience)
