Server Job description

Venable Bistro is now hiring professional servers for its Front of House team. Understanding, appreciating, and executing the art of great hospitality are the keys to a successful restaurant server. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent customer service, is detail-oriented and works well in a team setting. You must be available to work at least 4 shifts per week. Opportunities to advance into bartending and management may also be available.

Duties:
Greeting and seating customers
Taking orders
Serving alcohol
Busing, cleaning, and resetting tables
Answering phone calls
Placing to-go orders
Prep and side work
Preparing customer bills and processing payment
Assisting kitchen, such as plating and garnishing menu items

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $36.00 per hour ($2.13 per hour plus tip pool)
