Trophy Brewing Taproom Manager

Trophy Brewing & Taproom is now hiring a taproom manager! We are looking for a qualified candidate to lead our bar program at our production facility on Maywood Avenue. This individual will work behind the bar with the team to ensure the highest quality of service and product possible!

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Hiring & Scheduling
- Creating a schedule for all employees and responsible for working high volume shifts
- Daily Operations
- Cash management
- Website Management
- Housekeeping & Organization
- Paper Products, Cleaning Supplies, and any items you need for daily operations.
- Beverage Ordering
- Management of the Draft Lineup in the Taproom
- Working directly with the logistics manager to plan upcoming options and exciting releases.
- Wine, Cider, Snacks, N/A Beverages
- Social Media
- Work directly with communications coordinator to keep presence engaging and current.
- Staff Management
- Holding staff accountable for adhering to Trophy’s policies.
- Coordination with Brew Team as needed
- Food Truck scheduling
- Event Coordination
- Work with our event team to ensure events have staff, beer, wine, tables, chairs etc needed for successful events.
- Monthly Inventory Counts of Taproom & Keg Cooler

Compensation and Benefits vary depending on experience, but include:
- Monthly manager card stipend valid at all locations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour
